Secluded enough to avoid vacation crowds yet close enough for quick access to Breckenridge and the ski slopes. For an up-close experience with Colorado’s natural beauty, Seventh Heaven puts you in a front row seat!

Spacious 5200 sq ft, comfortably furnished, multiple gathering spots and entertainment areas indoors and out; Seventh Heaven is perfect for families and groups to be together yet still spread out.

Guests love to congregate in the large main floor gathering hub where soaring 22-ft glass walls deliver endless panoramic views of White River National Forest, ski slopes, Baldy Mountain range and the Town of Breck. The wide open floor plan unites the living room, kitchen and dining areas where comfy furniture, cozy fireplace, huge dining table, bar seating and a hidden TV make it the perfect hang out space for the entire group. The large open kitchen is fully-equipped with high-quality appliances and expansive counter space, ideal for multiple cooks.

Multiple other indoor spaces and entertainment options will suit every mood; an eight seat movie theater, seven seat hot tub, TV/game room with pool table and foosball, a second cozy TV room with PlayStation video games, a glass-enclosed sunroom for games or gatherings and even a quite fireside reading nook.

Four unique en suite King bedrooms on the upper level all feature plush pillow-top mattresses, flat screen TV’s, desks w/ USB ports, bathrobes, magnifying make-up mirrors, rain head showers and luxury bath amenities. The lower level custom-built bunk room can sleep a bunch with three free-standing Queen beds and three floating Full-sized upper bunks. Plenty of convenient built-in storage, a divided dressing area and direct access to an outdoor patio.

Regardless the season, you’ll want to get outdoors to fully appreciate Seventh Heaven’s 2.5 acre gated fenced property:

  • During warm weather months, four different outdoor patios and decks deliver views in every direction; play yard games (corn hole & horse shoes provided), dine under the stars or gather ‘round the fire pit to roast marshmallows. The summer patio offers a built-in propane grill, a ceramic-egg smoker, wood-burning fire pit, casual patio seating and dining for 10 at the fire-table.
  • During SKI season, we provide a FREE SHUTTLE service directly to and from Seventh Heaven's front door!  Skiers will appreciate the built-in boot drier and ski storage racks; sleds and snowshoes are provided for snow day fun on the property.   One outdoor patio remains cleared all winter for easy access to the hot tub, fire pit, casual seating and a gas grill.

Things we especially love:
1. The Peaks Trail trailhead is just a short easy hike from Seventh Heaven’s driveway.  For a fun adventure,
hike this beautiful gentle trail through the woods to Peak 7/8;  jump on the free Gondola to downtown Breck for lunch or a refreshment before heading back.

2. Seventh Heaven is THE perfect setting for memorable alfresco dining when the weather is just right!  Slide open the sun room's giant wall of windows, ignite the fire table, ice your favorite beverage, set Sonos to your favorite tunes, watch the stars come out and suddenly you've blurred the lines between indoors and out.

3. From the comfort of Seventh Heaven's living room, a lounger on the patio or even soaking in the hot tub, keep an eye out for everything nature has to offer right in front of you!  Maybe you'll spot a meandering moose, or our friendly neighborhood fox, scampering squirrels, a nosey raccoon or mama deer and her doe.  Surrounded by nature's beauty, our guests relish epic fiery sunsets, invigorating crisp mountain air, endless twinkling stars, a giant glowing full moon, waving wind-stoked pines,
fresh afternoon rains and a vibrant rainbow if you're lucky, a glorious radiating sunrise, unique colorful native birds, quietly falling giant snowflakes, swaths of brilliant summer wildflowers or simply the warmth of gathering 'round a crackling bonfire under a dark night sky....but what else will YOU add to the list? 

 

HOUSE RULES / FIRMLY ENFORCED

  • The maximum occupancy is 17 people
  • The maximum number of cars at the property is 5
  • Everyone in your group must be over 25 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors
  • Animals and/or pets are not allowed at this property under any circumstances
  • No events or parties are allowed on the property under any circumstances.
  • Violations may result in additional fees or immediate removal of you and your party from the property without refund and forfeiture of security deposit.
  • A signed Rental Agreement, Govt. ID and security deposit of $2,000 via credit card preauthorization is required.
  • During winter months (Nov-April) a 4-wheel drive vehicle is necessary.
  • As a private home, this property is not ADA compliant and may not be suitable for travelers with disabilities. Requests for reasonable accommodation, including service animals, must be submitted prior to booking and will be made available when possible.
